CALL CENTERS REQUIRED - UNITED STATES MILITARY DIRECTORY We are looking to outsource our call center operation and are actively seeking call center partners. The United States Military Directory is a yearly directory delivered to military personnel, their families, and thousands of high traffic locations. The directory is distributed for free and we are able to do this with the support of the business community who purchases advertising space in the directory showing their support for the work the military does. We are looking for call centers partners who will contact businesses throughout the U.S. and sell advertising space in the directory. We will be restricting this to only 5 call center partners. 1) Call Center must have a minimum of 10 employees working on project. 2) Call Center shall use its own dialer/phones and pay for its own long distance charges 3) Commission based only. Earning potential is large if you can assemble a team of 10 great sales people. Pay is Bi-weekly based on commissions earned of net amounts received. 4) Each employee the call center assigns on this project must pass an employee assessment exam that will exam their English speaking and communications skills primarily. Call Center’s responsibility will be strictly to sell advertising space. Our head office will be responsible for designing all advertisements and sending to customers for approval prior to print. Head office will also be responsible for invoicing as call center will not be permitted to collect payments directly from customers.
