Affiliate network help - Need our Biz Opp on Networks

Description My client has a new "Make Money With Online Marketing" Biz Opp (Business Opportunity) What he needs is an AD NETWORK to take on the $97 product/ecourse and add it to their line-up for their affiliates to sell. Usually the Ad Networks need a hefty deposit as there are many out there that will not pay the networks after the network's affiliates make the sales sales. So the networks want a reserve fund for testing offer out. My Client Needs: A) Ad network in the US only B) No Deposit needed to run program C) Net 35 to pay AD Network D) Network has to be able to add the offer to a POOL - Example: (DIRECT TRACK or LINKTRUST System) Ad network payout will be $50 commission per $97 Product Sale.
