Position overview The Business Development Manager maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers. Business Development Manager is responsible for achieving assigned strategic account objectives. The Business Development Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers. Main responsibilities • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. • Meets assigned targets for strategic objectives in assigned accounts. Searches contacts among TOP management of potential Partners • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs • Represents company on the territory • Concludes agreements with Partners Accountabilities and performance measures • Achieves strategic company’s objectives defined by company’s management • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards P.S.
