Create stensils from photos in cad/cam for Visio

I am mechanical engineer (MSc) and I have about 14 years of experience in similar jobs. I did work in Automotive Industry and about six months I did draw the parts for filling and packaging machines. With 10 years working with Visio I do have deep knowledge to do this. I can create the stencil based on photos or CAD drawings. Each shape will have it's own name, properties and custom behavior. I have some projects like this before. I would be happy to send the sample to you.
