Hi I hope you will be fine. I'm going to share my methodology i.e The design for the counter pressure bottle filler could be done easily if you want to attach sensor a range of programmable sensors could attached with it depending your design area and production capacity. I did a similiar project but it was for the filling of damper oil in Honda Cars and we used a pressure actutaor in it in order to control the flow increase the time and other things related to production. If you want be to undertake this project provide me the details about pressure of co2 you will be using temperature properties of the fluid and total production capacity so i could have the whole production model setup accordingly Waiting for your response.
