Hey This quick project involves interfacing Arduino Uno with TIs AIC3254 audio codec. The codec chip comes with a DSP GUI software. So audio codes can be generated pretty easily. The only thing remaining is interfacing with a microcontroller. Arduino is being chosen for its familiarity and easy development process. The work involves simply setting the registers of the codec using the generated code with I2C, during boot up. Obviously some configuration assistance for the codec should be looked into. The project deals only with analog audio, so no I2S involved. Uno is a generic setup being used to quickly complete the project. Since, Arduino is pretty flexible other Atmel based uino-boards can be easily interchanged when required. PFA the codec schematic.

Hello, Very interesting and good project. I think that STM32 would be a better solution than Arduino. Arduino is easy way to design and write firmware, but bad chose for production. It would be glad to work with you.

I understand that u need to configure the codec with i2c using Arduino uno. I have been using uno for quite a while and i am good at coding and interpreting datasheets. although this is my first project as a freelancer,i will do my best.
