We have a exchange 2010 server. Everyday we have to reboot it to get send and receive working again. If we just restart the exchange services the event log shows the following: MSExchangeTransport 7002 Database Transport Mail Database is already in use. The service will be stopped. Exception details: [login to view URL]: Cannot access file, the file is locked or in use (-1032) at [login to view URL](MJET_INSTANCE instance) at [login to view URL](MJET_INSTANCE instance) at [login to view URL]() at [login to view URL]() at [login to view URL](String path, Boolean wipe) at [login to view URL]()

Hi, I had the same issues with 3 different Exchange servers since 11th July. The servers were running for 6 hours, than the mail flow would stop, restarting the services put them in stopping status and corrupted the Queue database. Yesterday I have been able to find a solution and to fix the issues. I can fix the issue remote (it requires server restart). Or I can tell you what you should do.
