I want like to transition my Microsoft Outlook from a single desktop to Microsoft Exchange so that I can use three different instances of Outlook (on a desktop at work, at the home office desktop, and on my laptop when traveling) to read/reply/delete email and have it continuously synchronized. I have 20+ separate emails, most are Pop3's (one is Imap). All of the emails except for one Google email account and one Yahoo email account are created from our server and our domain name. I have bunch of folders where the email is directed. I have a subscription to Exchange for $4 a month and it just sits there, unused.

To implement the your requirement you have to provide the required parameter for the exchange server while configuring the same.

Price is valid for migration of up to 50GB to exchange online and if needed modification of DNS records to correctly route the email. Job will require approx 10-20 min of remote access to the computer with data to be transferred, and possibly login information for your domain if mail is not already routed to exchange. Please respond with mailbox size, and any questions you may have. I am a partner of record for Microsoft office 365 and exchange online so I can send you a request from my partnership to manage or setup the online mailboxes without needing your credentials
