Android application for sending photos

Hi, I'm looking for someone who will do some little project for me. You have to create an application. To start the application, you have to enter password, which is choosen when you first open app. You can change it within program, but after you login with correct password. Only one user per device (android/google ID) With this program, you will be able to send photos to your friends on your list (but only one picture to one friend at a time) using internet (not sms or anything like this). You can take picture from your app. In settings, you can choose how many pictures per contact will it save. You can choose to store pictures in "rar" or something like this for android when number of pictures reach the selected value per contact. (alert) It will alert you when you receive another photo. With each photo you can send text or voice. This is it. I need it by the end of the week. I will work with the lowest bidder, because this is app for fun, not to sell it. Thank you
