Custom IRC client

I want a custom app based IRC client. The server will be configured by me. You will be responsible only for creating the client (I actually prefer people who know how IRC works - commands, options, etc). The client should have an elegant appearance and easy options access. * This is basically any app IRC Client, however it will be restricted to my server, without the possibility of users get the server IP. - Only access to our server. - Impossible to see ip / dns server (disable $serverip command etc); - IRC commands (nickserv, chanserv, operserv, memoserv, botserv); - Nick list, channel list, notify list, ignore list; - Nick completion; - Stay connected in background; - Supports BNC; - Timestamps; - Ignore system; - Timer message system; - DCC send and receive system; - Blowfish encryption (detailed later); - SSL; - Individual windows for messages and channels; - A system to control nick registration by phone number/imei/serial to avoid fakes; - Etc.
