I currently have an IOS App available on the App Store [login to view URL] This is an App that provides UK firefighters with information that they may find useful around the station or out in the field. The information is all stored in [login to view URL] so the Android App would need to link directly to this information. Once replicated in an Android version of the App, I would then provide the necessary updates to the end user using Parse. As with the IOS version, it would need to be able to send push notifications via Parse. The App is relatively simple and just uses a number of Table views that then go to page views (I am a novice builder myself) As a serving Firefighter, I do not have the time or the skill to re-create this for Android but a lot of my colleagues do not have iPhones. The Fire Service I currently work for does not have budget to support this, so all of the work I have done is voluntary. I could not ask the same of you but please consider this when applying and providing a bid. I will be paying you directly for this work. If you would like a copy of the IOS App then please email me and I will provide a credit so you can download it for free.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you on this bid. Very busy weekend! After looking at the application, I would like the chance to give it a go. I put 30 days on the bid just to cover any time loss needed to pick up any extra android skills for this project. The displays look fairly easy to do - tables that reference information sheets or videos for the most part. I can speed the timeframe up, but the amount of my bid took into account the luxury of being able to work on it as I could (over a month). I hope to get to work with you again!

Hi, I really appreciate what you are doing for your fellow firefighters. If everyone out of 100 try to do something like you are doing, this world will be a much better place to live. I usually charge a lot more ideally for this app. But, I have quoted only for what it would need me to spend my time without losing my bread and butter. I did graduation in computer science engineering from one of the top engineering universities in the world. Please provide me with access to the current app so that I can have a complete look.
