Write an Android application

Here is a brief: An app designed to help users get discounts and get notified of available discounts in stores around their vicinity. The App is downloaded for FREE and activated with a voucher sold at different locations. This Voucher is just to activate the service and it is subscription based (the cash comes to us) Participating Stores Stores are giving access to the backend via a portal, they login to enter details of existing product discounts in their store. These are discounts available to all shoppers. Products are entered by category already defined on the backend. They also enter store shopping discount that will be available to all users who has the store discount activated in the app. Stores will have voucher generated for them that allows users get store discount on ever purchase made when the voucher is purchased by users. Every store has a unique store code that is generated randomly one time during creation of shop by the administrator on the backend. They will also be able to send a set number of notices everyday to users that have the store activated on their app. We will be able to sell increase in notices to the stores. There will be a fixed set that comes with the agreement say 3... but they can buy more App Users Once app is activated users start app for the first time and sees all participating stores and select stores user will want to get discount notification from or decide to go with Products preference, where user select products category they would want to get discount news about irrespective of the store. Users will get notification from store when there are new discounts available from store. When users start app at other time there are Four icons. Activate Store Coupon Enter Store Code View Store/Product Discounts Settings Activate Store Coupon Users load voucher and get Store Discount Activated. User gets a message displaying the store discount available and also shows address of store and navigation to each with Google Maps Enter Store Code When user enter store code, it shows a screen that says the users has Store Discount Activated so when presented at the Till, users is given store discount. On the Screen that display that store discount activated, there is a link to say view Discounts in Store. This shows products that store already has on discount ... this enable the user get double discount if interested in the product. View Store/Product Discounts When you click on this, depending on the preference, it will show either the store or product category. You then see the address of the Store and click to Navigate there. When you click on store, it will show if the store has discount voucher and also what products that are on discount in the store. If Product is clicked on, it will show what stores are offering discount. There is also a footer bar on this screen that says "View Stores/Products Offering Discounts Nearby. When clicked on, it shows a list of stores or products in stores that is near your GPS Locations Other Features App will also have Location Services with GPS services. So that when user is around a store that is in the Store Database, they get a Notification that they are near a store that is offering discounts. E.G. You are Close to Exclusive Stores, Get 10% Discounts using Store Discount now or click here to view products on discount. Also when user enter a store CODE from above, they are presented with a link to a calculator that allows them input cash spent and see their savings if they activate or user Store Discount. The backend protal will be built in PHP by our developer. We only need the android app. If you have any questions will ask.
