iOS7 Instagram like app

We have an already designed app (photoshop files will be included) that will work almost exactly like instagram: [login to view URL] We need an iOS 7 developer to take the photoshop files and make a working app that matches all the specifications in the above link. You are free to use [login to view URL] for the backend support or setup a django+mysql backend. If you do django, you will need to work off of your own servers until the app is complete at which point you will migrate the django project to our servers as the last step of the job. You will also need to do data entry to populate the app will social posts and you will be provided with a spreadsheet of 267 posts from various user accounts that will be used to start the social network. The project must be completed by January 31st at the latest and will require the developer to write daily reports of the work they've accomplished. You will be provided a template for the reports and will need to email those in every day. The budget is exactly 1200$ but there will be a 20% (240$) bonus for early completion of the project. The milestone structure will be as follows: $ 50 - class breakdown for all screens - you must identify the iOS classes to be used to implement all the functionality of the various screens $ 100 - Splash screen, login/registration and homescreen (including data entry) $ 150 - Upload screen functionality $ 200 - Profile screen functionality $ 250 - Popular page,search and comments $ 150 - Social network sharing functionality $ 300 - Bug fixes and backend migration to our servers *$ 0-240 for finishing early ($17 daily bonus for every day before January 31) For every milestone, you will be given 50% upfront and 100% of the milestone once we confirm that feature to be working as specified in the spec. If we cannot come to an agreement that the work is complete, you will receive 75% of the milestone and we will end the contract early - you will not receive a negative review but the contract will be terminated. As part of your application, please provide sample apps you've done as well as code samples. We have a team of developers who analyze your code for professionalism. If for NDA reasons you cannot provide code samples, please provide API reference documentation that shows how you divided your project into classes, modules, etc..You can use a tool like appledoc([login to view URL]) to generate documentation of previous projects. We're looking for class structure, functional parameters as well as clean comments in the code.
