Iphone Application Development - Very Very Urgent

Dear Friends We are looking to hire the expert to work on an iphone application development. There is a website which we will show you in personal message and then we will finalize the price of the Application to be developed. We need you to start immediately. We want the application to be completed within 28th May. We will provide you images which you will have to use. We will provide you all required web services to work with. We need the first build within next week. For that, if you feel it will be better to have a team in stead of one individual, we are up for it. And if it's an individual then let me tell you that we are happy to hire you and we will pay you handsome once the project is done. We will milestone some part of the money but will be released only when we will have the source codes in hand. The project closure and final payment will be done when you will install everything in the play store. We have another couple of IPhone applications in pipeline and we are looking to hire someone for long term. If we find an individual working well for us, we may even hire him for our in-house business. If we are satisfied with the initial level of work (say, after 2 weeks) we will offer you to work on the Android part of the app. Please send your bids immediately. N.B. The payment terms will be decided by us and there won't be any negotiation on that.
