I need a Android & iOS app developed

This project is for the development of a cross-platform app that needs to be developed for a pre-school/day care based in India. This app is meant to be a single app that parents of children who are part of the school, can access all the information about the child and their progress in the school, while also providing other information like calendar and notices. A couple of app templates have already been decided on and will be purchased shortly by the school’s owner, so most of the work will be reskinning this template with the schools branding and logo. However, the client will also require some additional features to be added to this template. Mainly, she would require some sort of GPS tracking module added to the app to track the school bus that the children use. This needs to be some sort of tracking that should utilise the driver’s phones GPS to track the bus. This too can be purchased and added to the app template but I’m not too sure as the best one to do this so it will be left up to your discretion as to pick the appropriate module for that. Other features that will be part of this app are: • Individual login for each student • Student profiles (includes all relevant info, emergency info, parent info and photograph) • Class definitions linked with student profiles • Attendance records (should be tied in with the profiles) • Assessment results (should be tied in with the profiles) • Homework assignments (Should be tied in with the profiles) • Circulars/Announcements • Monthly newsletter section • Calendar (holidays, events etc.) • SMS Gateway & Internal messaging/email • Payment gateway integration • Accounting (Auto invoices, • Media library (Videos & Photos) The Backend should also meet all these requirements to input the required data through the right modules and needs to be web based so that the teachers and the school’s owner can access it. The access needs to be per class and there is no requirement for each teach to have their own access. If required another domain along with database and hosting can be purchased but if possible we would like to do it through the existing school’s site.
