I need a Mobile application -- 2

I need you to write an app for me that in its first edition, it should be able to help the user to pick a few favorite songs based on their taste, genre, style, form, BPM, mood, etc. from their own data bank, our website, or streaming apps. You should be able to find the apps that already are in the market that help us to analyze songs features as I mentioned above and help us to adjust the beats of two songs that will be played in series. When you show what is already in the market, then I give the last revision of my process diagrams that quantifies the criteria I mentioned and is then optimized to take advantage of the source codes already developed. The process diagrams are so detailed that one might call that the algorithm. Free open sources that do not limit or bound us in future are preferred, especially for calculating BPM and time adjustment of main beats. Please explain how you can help us with that real time analysis! In next versions the user should contribute in adding some extra beats, rolls, chords, .... to the songs like a DJ. What more I do need to know is that what platforms, protocols, applications would you recommend and if at the second revision we need to use artificial intelligence? Is MIDI the best choice or you recommend other protocols? Now, please let me know how you can help me with this so that I can understand the path forward!
