Our company has an order taking application where our sales representative takes order at retail stores. But, it is taking more time to search the product and add the item while the retailer is dictating at a fast pace. So to avoid this delay, we need to incorporate a voice recognition system in the application. The sales representative will dictate the order and the app must process the audio, identify key words and must add items to the cart.
