I want to build an educational App to access a library of videos and pdf files as follows: A paid educational app to help university students access the study materials on their android mobile (eg video or pdf files) and content is created by some students or teachers themselves and uploads the material to the app by them. The application should include the following: 1. A control panel for educational content creators that includes the ability to upload files (Video or Pdf) to app and create the description. 2 - Administrator control panel. 3. Membership system and paid subscriptions. 4- Approvel system. 5. A payment system linked to Google Play. 6 - a balance system between the content maker and the students. 7 - high level of security on the app of copying educational materials or screenshot. 8- Test the app and make sure there are no problems and bugs 9- Fast, light and attractive design. 10- Available in two languages (Arabic, English). 11. It can be developed in the future 12. Be simple and easy to use.
