Hi Do you just want me to build the software architecture and guide your mobile apps developer or I have to develop the app as well. The 2 things you mentioned in your project specs, GPS mapping data and handle messaging. For GPS mapping data, you see, you want to fetch user's/worker's current location and save it on the database. The best approach for this is ...the app should be built like it will first fetch user's current location using GPS and if GPS signal is low the app will fetch user's location using mobile network provided values because if the gps signal is low and you are trying to fetch current location using GPS the value provided by gps will not be highly correct.
