Application for Order Management & Payment Tally- Ecommerce

Aim : To have a better track of all orders that we shipped and to tally payments. Requirements : 1. We want an easy UI ( a data form) to import data from the different xls / csv sheet. • Import data from Packed Orders XL sheet • Import data from PDF sheet and mark the orders as Shipped • Import Data from Payment Sheet and take action as per the business logics. 2. I need a functionality to change status of Order. Description about this function : Ability to mark the Order status – The Orders that have been packed and handed over to the courier company needs to be marked as Shipped - ( will be done by reading the Sub order ID from the PDF ) After the orders have been shipped : • There are some orders that the customer does not accept and that comes back to us and so we need to mark them as Returned to Origin • There are some orders where the customers do not like the products and make a complaint, we mark them as Customer Complaint • And finally the orders for which we receive the Positive payments we have to mark them as Payment received. So, we need to have a functionality that could be very easy to use. eg : we just put the Order ID and it shows the order details and we can simply mark it as : # Shipped # Returned to Origin # Customer Complaint # Payment Received # Penalty approved – Complaint Orders **Please note here, this is just the front end functionality. *** Other than this the Tool should be able to analyse the data on the basis of the Business Logics and mark the Order Status. Business Logics play a role once the payment data in imported into the system. 4. Please find attached a sample PDF format. (name : PDF sample) that has to be imported to change status of Order to Shipped ( by reading suborder Id from the HOS) 5. After importing the payment sheet , the system will read the Suborder Id and run the business logics and decide the new Order Status.
