I really don't have that router so I really can't bid for this project but after reading your project description and accompanying documentation, I thought I would 'waste' one of my bids to tell you how incredibly clear and professional it is. Quite refreshing. If you don't find anybody with that router or able to produce quality documentation, I have configured a DrayTek Vigor2860 with a very similar use case. On that occasion, they didn't want to segment the ports at a physical level so we used a Load balance/Route policy to achieve this.
