Hi I can assist you in installing all those softwares on windows server. It is recommended to take care of the versions of each software that would be compatible with others. What Oracle db you want to install, licensed or express. Apex 23.1 or 22... and Ords version accordingly to Apex Ords should install on tomcat taking care of java version.
