Workday Payroll HRIS Analyst Responsibilities • Day-to-day support of Workday Payroll module. • Create and maintain Workday Payroll reports, particularly as they relate to improving payroll processes and auditing payroll data. • Update Workday Payroll configuration to change current functionality or add new functionality. • Meet with our Payroll, Benefits, Compensation and Field Delivery stakeholders to understand current pain points and configure and test Workday to meet the business requirements and to streamline and improve payroll processes. • Participate in the creation and execution of a Payroll remediation plan to review and address configuration and process gaps. • Help with Workday Payroll processing. • As an expert in the Workday Payroll module, pro-actively recommend positive changes that can be made to the existing configuration and implement these changes after getting buy-in from the stakeholders.
