3D Modelling of Clothes

We have a number of 3D models than need to be created for use in a printing application (direct to garment printing), and are in need of someone to take our designs from Illustrator files and create 3D models. We have 28 designs that need to be converted, with some specific requirements for the output formats. KEY features of the submitted model are as follows: .dae format <55k tris Individual materials for all parts that will have a graphic applied. Model location at 0,0 1024x1024 UVmap Flat UV's (this is important as any deformation of the UV map will cause deformation of the graphics and they will be rejected) the software applies the graphic without any warp (flat) Normals need to face out. Front and back UV's need to be in the same place and seams need to join up perfectly (important if you have graphics crossing a seam) Smooth, Jagged edges and flat surfaces do not look great.
