Replace images on a web site with new design (graphics, icons, logo, color scheme etc)

Hi, I am using a site builder to make a new web site and need to replace those existing images/icon/logo/color theme plus perhaps a couple more new tabs/banners/icons. The existing site is at [login to view URL] and its presentation has PC, tablet and phone versions but they pretty much similar graphics, You can use different device to watch the above link and you will see the difference. I like the styles & treatment of the existing graphics but they are not relevant to what I like to promote. The new theme is around snooker games & computer & mobile devices so the graphics would be around a similar graphic style under the new theme. More details will be given to the freelancer. Note that I will supply those original images from the site builder so you have something to start modifying with. The size and file format and transparency structure & approx placement must be retained to avoid display problem in different browsers. I Will also need a copy of the source files in Photoshop CS3 compatible layers. As for the logo on the top left corner, it will need to be in vector format, again CS3 compatible.
