FIXED RATE PROJECT ----------- Argus Platform (aka Strategic Platform) Our team have the project rates . we have been stung by 3 other freelancers who have said they would build the system and have never completed it. As such we have now renegotiated the deal. Which ever freelancer is sucessful in getting this project will recieve $300.00 payment then $100 per month for 2 years to maintain the platform. In essence this will equate to a $2700 contract. This is a longterm contract-------- The freelance team will also be handed further projects in the future with longterm maintenance opportunities. At the same time the freelancer will work under our name for a number of other projects where required. This is companies paying us to do the work and where we are unable to do it. We currently have a platform at the moment which is owned by another company and is no good to us. However the functions on that site are similar to what we are looking for.
