Create a secure word processor

Project is to create a secure word processor that operates on Windows 98+. The application, when you are in it, must lock out ALL other features of Windows and not allow you to access the rest of the OS until you choose to exit and save your work. The system must save work automatically every 10 seconds and must encrypt the saved files. It must also save an incremental backup every 5 minutes. You must also build a web interface for someone to upload the files and have them decrypted. The system should have all the features of notepad, including typing in courier new, underlining, bold, italics, copy, cut, and paste. There are additional trivial features that will be necessary such as a line and word count, and a countdown feature. I will provide a sample of an application that provides the required functionality. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
