**Document management & Control**
**This is the Concept; I am looking for someone that worked on a requirement like this one.** I produce Test procedures, requirement Procedures for a project
After I create a procedure I submit that procedure for review via a Document Review and release process (DRR), what that entails is an issuance of blank form with a DRR number with it other data identifying the document for review the document gets reviewed and all comments are included on the DRR form, I will incorporate the new comments into the document and re issue for review under a new version, (I repeat the process till I get a NO comment feedback) I will then issue the document with a final numeric version ? for official release.
These sounds simple it is not that simple when you are working with hundreds of documents. I have to provide a metrics on the document that includes technical & editorial discrepancies, how many of each number of pages & words document complexity etc…

The way I envision this application is as follows:
Function One: You have a menu option to create a project upon selecting this function and executing the “Create a Project?? you will create a project (with Project number example 514466) folder, a list of subfolders that are the documents name (514466-1-800) and so on. Than you will create a sample document from a template, Ideally unless someone can suggest something better I would like to have a sheet or a (page) on that page I will be able to place controls to control that document (such as do not release this document till a predecessor document is released) example: 801 can not be released till 801 is released, and 801 is still in review and it is version B.

All documents are created in word or excel,
