Dynamic Webiste for College or School

I want someone to develop a website for me about a school / college. This dynamic website should have the following features: * Admin can make categories and further pages in those categories dynamically. * Admin can make other pages like picture gallery, new events, etc, dynamically. * Admin can make accounts of students in school with general info like bio data, class, subjects, fees, etc. * After creating account, admin can prepare results of exams and put them online. * User/student can check his results or classes scheduled, etc, by login on the website with password. * Admin can put some notes or written lectures (with and without pics) online which can be accessible by the students by login on the website. I will prefer php for this project because I would be able to make changes in the coding if I will need in future. I will provide the graphical layout / design of the website. But if u want to provide it too then it will be your choice. I will not pay for the graphics and layout designing. Please only serious and competent bidder can bid with features and tools of development. If you have already developed such kind of website about school or college, give me its reference too.
