Simple CMS Driven Website

Would like to create a simple CMS driven website, driven by CSS based templates. Here are some of my requirements: -Prefer PHP driven CMS, but would consider ASP -Hosting will be based in Australia organised and paid for by me – you will receive access -Do not require logo design, but site design will be completed by you -URL’s need to be search friendly i.e. [login to view URL] -Web pages need to web search engine friendly also -Only require one form page (contact us type page), the rest is content -Don’t require flash -CMS does not need to be complicated, I am really looking for an “out of the box” solution and would fit my requirements to the CMS -If you are submitting for the job, I would like to see at least screen shots on the CMS you are proposing if not real examples -Will not be a graphically intensive website, here are examples of two sites that you will be using as reference for the design: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] -I would expect the site will need 2-3 different templates, 1 for the home and possibly two different ones for the internal pages -Would like to see existing portfolio -Looking for a turn around of 21 days -Please outline any standard support you normally provide Please feel free to ask any questions or add suggestions, but basically I am after a simple CMS driven website that is search engine friendly. Job is listed between $100-$300, but happy to consider paying more if you can prove there is value in doing so.
