Urdu Search Needed

Hi, I am looking for an urdu search functionality like [[login to view URL]][1] urdu search function. Please bid only if you can build crawler to for us, because we have a php developer's team, but we need someone to build a crawler which can index all websites which have: 1) Urdu Content 2) Websites related to Pakistan The indexed content will be placed in a database, and queries will run on it to build index, and users will query the indexes. Please bid if you have done related work earlier.
