Audio recorder chip

I would like to build a programmer / duplicator for a Winbond Chipcoder ISD4003. Load VB program on a windows XP machine and program up to 1000 1 or 2 second words in .wav or MP3 files into the chip. Also be able to duplicate additional chips from a master. This can appear on a serial or USB port. I also need a adapter from the serial port/USB to the chip with possibly a PIC Microchip inside. The finshed product (ISD4003) would speak by assembling words from a lookup table. I also need the starting address displayed where each word is located so I can creat the sentence. I need software for the XP machine. I need a working diagram of the USB to adapter and adapter to zif test socket and the software for it. Must be Microchip 16C74 or similar. Parts list for adapter to ZIF programmer port I need VB output display of start address of each file loaded. ## Platform Windows XP to serial port 9600 baud 8N1 or USB Microchip 16C74 adapter to Winbond chip, prefer written in C.
