Create Screen Capture Video-Audio Recording Software (C++ coder needed)

I need a Visual C++ programmer to create a desktop screen cam recording software application that will also record audio during the screen cam recording, and then allow for editing of the recording. This coder needs to already know about audio and video multimedia (prior to bidding on project) as well as being a programmer for the language(s) mentioned above. This software will need to create high quality video files ??" which will contain audio as well - for use on websites (in swf format, as well as potentially in other formats). The software will need be very user-friendly (similar to the user-friendly interface of the software ViewletCam). The screen cam recordings will then need to be fully editable by the software (i.e. adding text boxes, caption areas, images, additional audio clips, fade-in and out of selected audio, zoom-in and out on selected video areas, etc…). I have a more detailed list of specifications of the software for that I can send you, as well as review copies of software programs that have some ‘similar’ features that I would like to have incorporated into my software. I look forward to working with you on this. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform - fully compatible with Microsoft Windows 2000, XP and Vista for authoring (creating the videos) - fully compatible with Microsoft Windows 98, Me, 2000, XP and Vista for playback (viewing the videos after creation)
