Need DirectX Joystick sample from SDK converted to DLL

I am looking for someone who can convert the concept of a simple DirectInput Joystick sample from the SDK into a DLL that I can call from a VB program. I have attached the EXE project files, these are straight from the Microsoft DirectX 9.0 SDK (June 2005). So basically what I would like to do is pass in a DIJOYSTATE2 object into this DLL and have it filled and returned to my VB project. Yes, I know there are ways to do this from within VB itself; however, I have found some strange problems that only seem to arise when DirectInput is used from VB... so I figured a DLL would be a good way to work around this. Now as I said, I am a pretty good VB programmer... but I'm not too good with C++ and I just figure rather than spending time trying to do this myself, I would offer up the job to someone who could probably do this much quicker. So... I need to be able to use VB to pass a DIJOYSTATE2 object into an exported function of the DLL. Then the DLL fills the DIJOYSTATE2 using GetDeviceState and passes it back. The DLL should maintain a list of all enumerated joystick devices, and also give me some sort of exported function I can use to re-enumerate the devices when I need to. So after enumeration, they would be stored (as the Microsoft sample suggests), and the DLL would lookup the correct stored device and then call GetDeviceState on that interface... and return the resulting DIJOYSTATE2 structure back to my VB program. I will also need some way to tell the DLL which device I want it to read from. This could be done by allowing me to pass a GUID reference along with the DIJOYSTATE2 structure that I want filled. I have already used this GUID passing method on similiar DLL project, and it worked fine so I see no problem with doing it this way. Also the sample uses DirectInput8 (DirectX9), but if possible I would like to support DirectX7. From my understanding, this should only involve a few minor changes in the code. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP/2K/ME
