Need help developing Live Training Material/Course

Greetings from New Orleans! I am looking for someone who has had prior experience develping traning manuals or training programs. I am developing a training program that will be conducted in a live setting on the subject of real estate investment strategies. I have an outline of how an investor would implement the strategy I plan on teaching, but do not have any course material prepared. I need someone who can take my outline and interview me based on that outline. Once both you and I feel that I have thoroughly explained the material according to my outline, I will need you to take that material and prepare it in a manner that would be suitable to use as a training manual. My idea with the live training is that I will not deliver the entire training manual at the start of the training, but will hand out chapters as stand alone training sessions throughout the event. To give you some idea of how much material is involved in teaching my investment strategies, the live training will take place over the course of 2 1/2 days. The majority of the teaching will be lecture rather than read from the training course you will be preparing. Please let me know if you are interested and what info you need to provide a quote. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Writing & course development
