a step by step introduction to server configuration

We are using an openSuSe linux as OS and we would like to have a smal tutorial how to configure a proxy and firewall on the OpenSuSue machine by usig the webmin-tool. For the firewall we need the following task to be implemented: 1.-a trusted zone based on a 10.x.x.x address 2.-the possiblity to communicate with a dhcp-server on a windows 2003 server, with active directory. 3.- the possibility to use vpn, and a windows-based mail-server (f.e ms-exchange2007) for the proxy server we need: 1.-a white and black list 2.-how to read the log-files 3.-squid-configuration so that the communication with the internet by using http or https can only established throught squid. (and seutp the error-sites f.e. 404 ...) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
