Open-Realty configuration and adaptation PHP

I operate a language school and am wanting to offer a service to teachers and tutors where they can list online and be found through a targeted search. Searches need to be configurable in various ways and should allow for image (face) displays with qualification descriptions etc. Searches should be by geographic location as well as qualifications, fees, availability etc. In fact very much like a property search in the context of looking to buy a real estate property. As in real estate we also have agents who represent us in geographic locations. Those agents need to have the ability to also list teachers and tutors and later probably some additional categories. All these capabilities are already built into Open-Realty. The design adaptation I have already completed to my satisfaction. Only the remaining PHP settings, capability configuration, database link re-naming and items as such need attention and are confusing me. I'd like to get the site up and available within two weeks.
