Access 2007 Invoicing - Time-Materials

Build Microsoft Access 2007 database application for job costing and time/material billing. Input Layouts and reports printouts to be completed by you. Open to suggestions for best practice for Time and Materials billing and tracking database. 1. Add login to prevent unauthorized access. 2. Must be multiuser- min 2 users. 3. Access Database table with start of fields and forms Attached, please cleanup and add reporting. 4. Invoices will be generated for a user specified period, as start and end date. 5. Invoices will have summary and detail, see example. 6. Data input will be done once a week. 7. Retention is calculated as 5% of LABOR, and is tracked on a cumulative for yearly reporting. 8. Invoice # will be manually entered, but starting # can be set. 9. Sample of existing invoices will be provided. Bookkeeping person will be inputing: Hours worked by workers on a job Materials purchased from vendors Subcontractors invoices These inputs will be done on a weekly basis and then invoices generated in the format shown with a summary and detail for a period selected, start and end date. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
