ASP.Net App Like Sitespring

I need an application like Macromedia's discontinued SiteSpring product, but in ASP.Net/C#. I don't need the version control and revision control of SiteSpring... just a simple way to post files to share between users. All HTML must be XHTML compliant. Unlike SiteSpring, all layout must use cross-browser CSS, not tables. Authentication must use ASP.Net forms authentication. Code must be well commented in English.
