BCH Media's Prospecting Companion

I need a database application that will keep track my prospects I meet each day. I receive a lot of names and numbers from many peopl. Once I receive these names, I call them back within 48 hours. This application will need to be able to keep track of this info for me. I need to be able to run the application and it show me what names I need to call that day that I entered in 48 hours previous. Here is an example of how the application should function: When I run the application on my PC, I would like the first window to open and display the two following 1. Enter New Prospects 2. Follow up Calls 1. When I click on the “enter new prospect?? button, I need a window to open with th following fields: First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Age, Sex, Address, If the person is married, If the person has kids, what they do for a occupation and where I met this person and a “note?? field where misc info can be entered. Once all info is entered I need to click done and this prospects info will be moved into a searchable. That leads me to the second button I need on the main window… 2. When I click on the “Follow up button??, a screen will appear only the names of the prospects that I need to only call that day and any other name that I have not called that has been in my database over 48 hours, I don’t want to see all the names in my list just the ones that need to be called that day. For example: On Wednesday, when I run the application, I want to be able to click on the button “Follow up?? and it will show the names and informatin from the people I prospected the previous Monday and any other name I had not called that is older then 48 hours. For example, If I receive Bobs information on Monday, I need to call Bob on Wednesday (48 hours later) and I need this application to be able to keep track of this time, If I receive someones name on Tuesday, I would need to call them on Thursday. Get the idea? Once I call the person, I would like to be able to put a check next to their name showing they have been called and I need a field on that page that will allow me to enter in “notes?? from our conversations. Once Im done entering in the notes from the conversation and the call is over I would like his/her information to be moved into a searchable database that I can search for in the future when needed.
