Convert website to HTML/PHP

The website [[login to view URL]][1] has been created (very successfully for me on RAC). It is an html/asp website. Now, I am investigating having a copy made in html/php for 2 reasons: 1. I feel I should have a backup for the site kept in case the ASP hosting provider goes down at any time. 2. I have a business Linux hosting account which I planned to use for all my websites. However when specifying this one I forgot to specify PHP and ASP was used. Ideally I will move all my sites to my PHP hosting later this year so will get this work done now in advance. Offers are invited for creating an html/php version of [[login to view URL]][1]. Please note that the shopping cart can be **removed** as I may not use it and to keep the cost/time down. The menu link can therefore be removed. The site also has a content management system I use to edit it but as I plan to edit the code or using dreamweaver I will not need this either. I also need to be able to insert html directly for things such as an Adsense campgain which the CMS cannot do. Whilst I have given a small maximum cost for this job, with the removal of the cart and CMS what needs to be created I feel this is a quick job. You will also see from my projects and feedback that I have a history of returning to coders who do good work, and may find further opportunites for my Internet Consultancy company. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux
