Linking Word with Excel Spreadsheet

I need someone that knows how to link my word document which is a form of a form with few drop down boxes to select options from the drop down box. This works fine, but what I was looking for is when I input some of the information like account # for a customer I have to manually input the adress and name and zip code from my excel spreadsheet. So I have the form that I can send out so you can work on the form and I have the list of the accounts. What I need is when I eneter the Acct # box for the rest of the information to be pulled from excel spreadsheet and inserted into the correct location Acct name: Street # City State Zip 2. Also products that they buy as well as prices are also located in the excel and it would be great if I was to pull that accoutn I can see what products they have contracts for at the time and what are the prices so I can select the product they order instead of going back to excel and looking up prices. I have attched the form file that I use to print orders. Where you see TX95 thats where the acct # is insterted and once that is there I would like to info from below Contact info to be pull from the excel automaticly if possible.
