Small Grails, Google App

I'm selling a food product wholesale in San Francisco, CA. The business is small and basic. I want an equally basic web app that will help me track 50 clients/locations that I make deliveries to. NOTE: this project strongly prefers development in GRAILS and requires an ability to work with GOOGLE'S MAP API. This web app should be accessible through a secure login, where admins can add, update, and delete client / location information. Services such as a "delivery" can be attached to a client / location so that a delivery history is built up as well. A view of a clients should bring up - description, location information, admin notes, and delivery history. I also want any "location" object to be able to generate an embedded google map using google's map api so familiarity with google's map, gdata and other apis is a plus. Other ideas: a basic "product" object so I can specify the product/qty in the "delivery" service. Also, locations of type "storage" so I can track levels and the location of less than 5 products. Some service such as "transfer" between storage locations. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
