Wordpress 2.0 Custom Design

I wish to launch a wordpress 2.0 - I need it to be heavily customised - it should have a great design an incorporate all the cool plugins and options available to Wordpress 2.0 - I need someone to present me with all the different options as all I can give is a few blogs which impress me: [login to view URL] is one of them.
