DotNetNuke customization

We would like to customize and implement content-management system DotNetNuke (<http://www.asp.net/Default.aspx?tabindex=6&tabid=41>), used for managing Internet links and related content for <[login to view URL]>. We have some copy writers and editors working part-time from offsite locations in the guidance of a Chief Editor. These people have minimum technical skills. The DotNetNuke CMS needs to be personalized, so that each user has their own view of the data or has access to the data explicitly permitted in their user settings. Editors should be able to set the page titles, tags (H1, H2 etc), meta keywords and meta description on each page. Each URL should be a static URL. A single external CSS file should be used for the entire website, and each page element should be pulled from the CSS file so that we can easily customize the look of the website later. We want to keep existing look and feel of the web site. You need to provide a fully customized, implemented CMS on our servers and provide at least 10 pages from the site to ensure it works properly. We want unlimited subcategories and control of access to different areas. Modified system should be extremely fast as fast loading of pages is very important to us. Things must have: EMAIl to a friend, simple breadcrumb trail, Link to this Article, Bookmark this Article, Search feature, Print this article, Comments, Sign up as an author, Forums, Poll system, user account, admin etc. You will need to provide a complete and fully-functional working CMS along with complete source code of all work done within 20-30 days. We have one more site that is very similar, further work may be awarded to the same bidder provided qulaity work is delivered on this project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment and should run bug free for at least 15 days. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform IE, netscape, Opera, Windows 2000 and above
