Real Estate IDx an Mapping software

Thank you for looking at my project let me start by saying that you must have prior experience with Real estate websites (must provide work done) and an expert in SEO. The first 3 websites were build by ([login to view URL]) what they have in common is that in each of their markets they come up number one in Google searches for their particular area. This is what I want to accomplish with my website. First the website must be user friendly. The website must have a map search either google map or earth view map (you tell me why to choose one versus the other) in conjunction with IDX. Flash needs to be incorporated. The costumer must have the option to choose how he wants to search, by city, by community, by price, by zip code or by using the map. (See attached scans). Every city must have their own pictures, description, features, and benefits. Same thing for the communities they choose. Need real estate articles to incorporate in the website every 2 to 3 week s. On every property found there must be all the pictures from the MLS, description, price changes if any, rebate dollars, and public information like last sale price, taxes, asses value or the last homes sold around the area. A way for the costumer to sign in to receive the latest listings for their specific location. Sign in sheet, login sheet with the ability to save favorite properties, real estate calculator, link [login to view URL] There is going to be MLS listings and new construction pages and communities. Website must keep a database of all visitors and be able to send an e-newsletter every week to all the subscribers. Easy ability for me to add new context, pictures, a blog, specific information etc. And anything else you as an expert can implement on the website to make it attractive. The winning provider will continue to work for me monthly in order to maintain the website in the top ranking for the specific words. You must give me price quote for this. In addition this winning provider will get to build the company website if and only if we accomplish the above criteria. The time need it is 20 to 25 days.
