Store and analyse mailing program in AIR

I need a program that will store mailings and also compares them so that the user can improve his new mailings. The goal is to write the most efficient mailing using the program. Something I forgot to mention in the project description attached: The program will have to look for online updates. After install, each time the program start it will search online if there are any updates available. If the user is not connected, nothing happens, no message displayed. If the user is connected and there's an update available, then the program will display an error message asking the user if he wants to update. The programmer chosen for this project will be hired to work on these updates. If you can take care of the program and the design, that's great. If you can't, no problem, I'm ok to post a project for the design only, in that case you'll only deal with the program and I'll give you the graphic files. ## Deliverables The project may change a little as it grows, but never main changes, only slight ones.
