search engines

My website needs to be updated to make it more friendly to the search engines. My web site is [[login to view URL]][1]. For example when an arrow goes over a picture of some one the area should say who they are and the business. My name should be on there some where. And what ever else we can do so it more friendly to the search engines. My business is selling promtional products/advertising specailities. Which would be t-shirts, pens, hat, clock, what ever you can put a logo on. I have paid msn to help with this but I don't know what I am doing. Right now when I goggle my business name the only way it comes up is throug msn. Let me know what you can do to help and how much it will cost.
