server application

Hi, our client is currently setting up a company and wants the following application platform. He want to develop a platform where his subscribers will access office programs like Ms Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook Express, Antivirus,Games and all major office software. These will be stored in their central server and accessed by a password for their subscribers who do not have to spend in buying expensive computers. They are going to use net-computers. We want you to design such a platform (one for all) Only people who have experience in this, please contact. A demo would be required before I finalise the person.
