I need some help cleaning up RealEstateMarketing dot ME and businessmarketing dot me; specifically: 1. Making the theme generally look nice like it was designed.. I followed the directions on the theme's page, but am getting some funky results. Not rocket science, but needs someone to troubleshoot and nail it down. 2. any photoshop work I'll do real time via instant messenger i.e. image cropping and uploading 3. I just need about half an hour helping me understand how to add featured posts..what's there is either user error by me, or the template is jacked and I did it right, but whatever the case, i just want it fixed. 4. I can probably figure out how to get the ads inserted, but just in case something goes funky, assume i may have a question on that. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
